1200 calorie diabetic diet

Comments:

  • Breakfast is your first meal on the day and it supposed to "refuel and start" you for your activities on that day.
    That's why it's so important.
    Don't skip breakfast!
  • If you feel hungry after breakfast and lunch is still not in sight, don't torture yourself!
Eat a fruit or any vegetable and remove it from your lunch or supper.
  • This diet contains about 182 grams of carbohydrates.
If you still want to reduce the carbohydrates by reducing the bread servings (and you think you can handle it) then you can replace 1 serving of bread with meat.
  • Eat the low calorie meat. Turkey, chicken, and fish are the best.
  • Eat bread and starches with high fibers. Whole wheat bread, cereals, crackers, and barley are the best.
