Broccoli with Garlic and Oil



Broccoli with garlic and oil is a very basic recipe.
It's another simple recipe of mix it and toss it over the skillet.
It has almost no calories at all, and it's great to snack it if you got hungry all of a sudden.

Broccoli with garlic and oil Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. crushed garlic
  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • salt and pepper to taste




Directions

  • Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-low heat.
  • Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  • Add the broccoli, salt and pepper and toss with the olive oil and garlic until the broccoli turns bright green and becomes tender.
  • Remove from the skillet and serve.
